      Ingredients

      Organic Basil, Organic Potato Starch, Organic Maltodextrin, Sea Salt, Organic Garlic, Citric Acid, Organic Black Pepper, Organic Rice Concentrate.

      Directions

      You Will Need: 1/4 cup olive oil; 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese. Directions: 1. In a saucepan, mix packet contents with the olive oil and 1/2 cup water, stirring until completely dissolved. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. 2. Once pesto comes to a boil, immediately remove from heat. 3. Add pesto to freshly prepared pasta (8 oz. dry). Stir in Parmesan cheese.

      Tips: For Basil Pesto Bruschetta, lightly butter French bread slices. Broil until lightly golden. Top with thinly sliced tomatoes & cheese; spinkle packet contents on top. Broil 3 to 5 mintues more.
