      Directions

Stovetop Cooking Instructions: This product is raw and must be cooked in order to enjoy its delicious flavor. 1. Using a fine mesh sleve, thoroughly rinse 1 cup of quinoa under cold water until the water runs clear. 2. Place quinoa in a medium saucepan with 1 1/3 cups water or broth and bring to a fast simmer. 3. Cover with a tight-fitting lid. Reduce heat to maintain a low simmer and cook for 17 minutes. 4. Remove from heat (keep covered) and let steam for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and enjoy. Tip: If rice is too firm at the end of cooking, add 1-2 tbsp. liquid and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes. Rice Cooker: To prepare in a rice cooker, use the same rice to liquid ratio as stovetop instructions. Instant Pot: Visit www.lundberg.com for specific instructions.
