      Microwave: Microwave Directions: Add vegetables and 2 Tablespoons Water to 1-1/2-quart round microwavable casserole dish. Cover; microwave on High according to chart, stirring halfway through cook time. Microwave Wattage (Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook lime for the wattage of your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended): 1200: Time on High: 3:30 to 4:00; Microwave Wattage (Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook lime for the wattage of your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended): 1000: Time on High: 4:00 to 4:30; Microwave Wattage (Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook lime for the wattage of your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended): 700: Time on High: 5:30 to 6:00. Stove-Top Directions: Heat 1/4 cup water to boiling in 2-quart saucepan. Add vegetables. Cover; cook over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain. For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 160 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Refrigerate leftovers. Caution: Hot! Uncover carefully; stir well. Drain if necessary. Do not microwave in bag.
