      Stove top: Place 1 cup of frozen cut spinach in 1 cup of boiling water. Cover and bring quickly to a second boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes or until desired tenderness. Drain carefully, season to taste, and serve. AVOID OVERCOOKING. Microwave: Place 1 cup of frozen cut spinach in microwave-safe container. Add 2 tablespoons of water. Cover in microwave on HIGH for 6 to 8 minutes or until desired tenderness. Drain carefully, season to taste, and serve. CAUTION: Product and container may be hot. NOTE: Microwave ovens vary in power; adjust cooking times accordingly. Do not microwave in bag.For food safety, cook to a temperature of 165° F.
